Our Recruitment Process

Below is an overview of our recruitment process:

  1. You can apply here online. We will study and qualify your details and look to get back to you as soon as possible
  2. We will interview you at our offices in Buckinghamshire or at an alternative location. You will meet our
    recruitment team and quite possibly our clients and their families
  3. If this goes well, we will make you an offer based on the successful confirmation of mandatory
    compliance checks.
  4. Once you have been recruited you will receive the relevant training to enable you to undertake your duties.
  5. Thereafter, you will receive regular supervision to ensure that you receive the relevant feedback and guidance to
    enable you to fulfil your duties and grow your career at Amegreen.
